What is Loyd's Discovery?

Loyd’s Discovery is the vision of man’s journey to regain control of his health.
After reaching his early 40's, Ben Loyd, noticed changes due to the decline in his testosterone levels causing weight gain, lethargy, lack of focus, hypertension and sleep issues.
Wanting to take charge of his health to reclaim his vitality to allow him to lead a healthier and happier life, he dove into researching the causes of this decline. In doing so, he found not only the reason, but the solutions on how to increase and then maintain testosterone levels.
Documenting all the supplements he was taking, the foods he was preparing and the style of exercises he did to maximize his workout routine Ben developed a program to help other men who are struggling with the decrease of testosterone.
This 6-week curriculum will enable men in the early 40’s- 60’s to look and feel younger men while maintaining their level of health and NOT experience the decline of their vitality! Seize the opportunity to live the life you want!

Our Curriculum
This program will allow a man in his early 40's up into his 90's a chance to regain his health, energy, and a stronger state of mind by eating, smarter and exercising more effectively to overcome the challenges of advancing age.
This focus on testosterone and suppressing estrogen through the use of supplements, specific eating styles, food preparation, and effective exercises to target the needs of a mature body and mind.

About Ben
Ben was born in Jonesbourgh, TN, into a Welsh Irish Christian home with traditional conservative values. From a young age, he showed interest in building and technology which eventually led him into a career in computers. With an immense interest in electronics, he learned the basics of wiring coils and power generation, turning a hobby into his passion.
In his 30's, Ben's father experienced a sudden heart attack, which led him to a journey of discovery about health and how our bodies function. Soon thereafter, Ben's mother was plagued with hereditary health issues including diabetes and high blood pressure, leading him to research alternative therapies.
Due to his family’s health challenges and research to aid them, Ben made drastic changes to his own lifestyle including nutrition and exercise. After turning 43, he noticed he was unable to lose weight as effectively as he had in previous years. With additional research, he discovered testosterone, the primary hormone that makes a man a man, the challenges that occur when men reach their early 40's.
Extensive research into testosterone led him to determining the best testosterone supplement for long term health. Testing this research he began a step by step process, documenting and collecting data, that has increased his health with the ability to not only lose weight, but add muscle and feel far younger than he had in many years. The process includes a series of supplements, choosing the right foods to eat, implementing certain exercises and taking the time to support your own well being both emotionally and spiritually to aid in your testosterone levels.
This renewed strength has allowed him and his lady to travel to Europe, South America, and India where he gained a tremendous appreciation for other cultures and how they treat their health and live their lives! Embracing and cherishing life through travel and experiencing all these amazing places, cultures and people has been a blessing that he has the opportunity to share with others in the search for a better, balanced and healthier lifestyle.
